(Rpt_229) Service Accuracy

Measures the % of preventive maintenance services performed within a nominated tolerance (normally 10%) of the defined interval. To edit tolerances, right-click on the Fleet in the Explorer.

Regular, timely and quality servicing forms the backbone of good maintenance practices. In addition, it is often a warranty requirement. The Service Accuracy report measures the efficiency of the planning process to plan and schedule services in line with the maintenance strategy. Not performing regular services can lead to breakdowns and unplanned stoppages, and also have a long-term impact on component lives. The Services Accuracy Variance report shows more detailed service information than the Service Accuracy report, and more filters to analyse Service Accuracy information.

Incorrect or infrequent capture of utilisation (usages) can also lead to poor service accuracy.

Navigate to Reporting & Analyses > Maintenance Efficiency > Planning.
